I am up to my elbows in boxes and paper and cardboard. I can’t begin to describe the stress right now, running behind, wanting to get back to the kids. There is something more pressing. Bailin needs to stay in foster care. I got the report this morning. Thankfully we’ve raised $445. He needs $840 to stay in foster care for the year. Can you help? Here’s the original post about Bailin. Anything you can do would be a huge blessing for this little boy.
Where do we start? We are a Navy family, constantly on the move finding the wind in our sails. Ray is the web designer, woodworker, scientist and sailor. B is the writer, bus driver, cook, tutor, housekeeper, substitute teacher and well lots of other things too.
We have big girls in band, cross country and all things high school, a very bossy nine year old into soccer and swimming, a quietly loud eight year old boy who has a love for all things lego and two funny, loving puppies.
There’s lots to do and so much fun. We count our many, many blessings daily.
Stay tuned… things might get interesting with our misadventures in parenting!
